Finding and connecting with a chapter

How do I find an AFA chapter near me?

Choose your state or territory above to narrow the directory. Search by city or base where a public chapter area is available, or by chapter name or number. Open a chapter profile to see its state, region and available public updates. Area labels come from AFA’s public field directory, a state AFA directory, or the chapter’s own website, as cited on each profile, and may use older installation names. Confirm meeting locations with the chapter. This directory groups chapters by location; it does not calculate distance from your address.

What can I do with a local AFA chapter?

AFA chapters connect people through local meetings, community support and advocacy for Airmen, Guardians and their families. Activities vary by chapter. Check its public profile and linked sources for local information; the shared News and Events tabs also include association-wide updates.

Yes. AFA welcomes military members, veterans, families and civilian supporters. Compare the membership options, or send AFA Connect a membership interest request if you would like help getting started. An interest request is not completed enrollment.

Yes. Choose Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific, or browse those regions. Overseas listings use those location groups rather than U.S. states.
